Paid Time Off (PTO)
ZOLL offers a competitive PTO package that allows you to spend time away from work for reasons important to you: to take care of and connect with your family and be present for important moments. PTO is in addition to company-paid holidays and may be used for vacation, personal pursuits, sick and safe time, medical appointments, or any other purpose.
Paid Parental Leave Program
Welcoming a new child into your family is a special time. To give new parents time to bond with their child, ZOLL provides 100% paid leave upon birth, adoption, or foster-care placement. Regular, full-time employees with 12 consecutive months of service are eligible for this benefit, which offers 12 weeks of paid leave to the parent who gives birth and 6 weeks to the non-birthing parent.
Leave of Absence and Disability
When an eligible employee requires a leave of absence, they can take advantage of FMLA, short-term disability, and long-term disability benefits. ZOLL partners with a confidential third-party administration team dedicated to assisting with leave of absence needs.

Gold Recognition for 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024
The American Heart Association has defined best practices for employers to use to build a culture of health and well-being for their workforce. The American Heart Association’s Workforce Well-being Scorecard measures the extent to which ZOLL Medical Corporation has implemented those best practices. The scorecard evaluates the Company’s behavioral health and financial well-being programs, as well as strategies designed to promote health equity and address employee burnout.
Companies recognized at the Gold level have achieved a score of 183 - 216 out of a maximum 230 points, and ZOLL Medical Corporation has obtained this status for four consecutive years.
