Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paid Parental Leave Program

To give new parents time to bond with their child, ZOLL provides 100% paid leave upon birth, adoption, or foster-care placement of a child. The birthing parents receives 12 weeks of paid leave per birth and the non-birthing parent receives six weeks. Regular, full-time employee with 12 consecutive months of service are eligible for this benefit.

Leave of Absence and Disability

When you need time off work for an extended period, eligible employee are covered through programs including FMLA, Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits. ZOLL partners with a third-party confidential administration team, dedicated to assisting you with your Leave of Absence needs.
