Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is in addition to company-paid holidays and may be used for vacation, personal pursuits, sick and safe time, medical appointments, or any other purpose.
Paid Parental Leave Program
To give new parents time to bond with their child, ZOLL provides 100% paid leave upon birth, adoption, or foster-care placement. Regular, full-time employees with 12 consecutive months of service are eligible for this benefit, which offers 12 weeks of paid leave to the parent who gives birth and 6 weeks to the non-birthing parent.
Leave of Absence and Disability
When an eligible employee requires a leave of absence, they can take advantage of FMLA, short-term disability, and long-term disability benefits. ZOLL partners with a confidential third-party administration team dedicated to assisting with leave of absence needs.
