Community
Our community understands the importance of connection and belonging. Partner your passion with our mission to help save more lives.
CPR Education
Members of the ZOLL® Resuscitation Public Safety team were excited to support Damar Hamlin and the Chasing M’s Foundation as Hamlin hosted two events in London as part of his CPR educational tour. The events united youth sports teams and provided the opportunity for Hamlin and ZOLL to encourage everyone to learn CPR and use AEDs to help save lives.
Participants were provided hands-on training and left with a ZOLL AED Plus® for their youth sports groups.
Helping Put Our Mission in Motion
Every day, ZOLL devices are used to help save lives around the world. Our internal Mission in Motion program is a company-sponsored learning opportunity that empowers eligible ZOLL employees with training and lifesaving tools. Our goal is to enable employees to respond to and assist with medical emergencies that happen in their home or community.
"Amazing program! I'm so proud to work for a company that is practicing what we preach. Thank you for giving me the tools to potentially save a life!"
The Importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)
ZOLL is committed to helping create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for all employees, and to increase a sense of belonging. We have a dedicated, employee-led DE&I Council focused on creating ways for employees to grow communities, enhance our culture, and bring their authentic selves to work.
"It is basic human kindness to help people feel welcome and comfortable in being who they are. In a strong community, differences should be a source of strength, not an obstacle. We want the best people here, and we don’t want barriers to them joining, staying, and thriving."
"Allyship is something I make time for because I believe empathy is one of the most important qualities of any leader. The more we seek to understand and individually recognize the people we work with, the greater their engagement will be. And highly engaged teams deliver results!"
"A sense of belonging is critical for each of us to achieve our full potential and genuinely contribute here at work, with our colleagues."
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs, or “Employee Resource Groups,” are voluntary, employee-led groups or professional networks whose aim is to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve. ZOLL currently has three ERGs and will continue to build out this program based on the needs and values of our employees.
