Job Type

Remote - The major cities we are recruiting in include Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Charlotte, and Nashville, but we are open to other locations along the Southeast region as this role will be working remotely.

Job Salary Details

Targeted Annual Base Salary: $140,000-$160,000

Targeted 20% Annual Bonus


Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading a team of highly engaged Clinical and Technical Specialists. Through hands-on leadership and coaching, this position plays a critical role in the success of our field support teams.

Essential Functions

  • Optimize clinical coverage efficiency and patient care outcomes by deploying Clinical and Technical Specialists effectively.
  • Assist with the consistent implementation of the ZOLL Respicardia Service & Support Commitment.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (i.e., Sales, Clinical Training, Operations) to ensure seamless service integration and coverage optimization.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of potential clinical candidates for future growth opportunities, ensuring a high level of talent readiness.
  • Maintain and monitor team workload, performance, and quality.
  • Assess and manage direct reports’ learning and development opportunities.
  • Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews with recommendations for compensation changes, promotions, and disciplinary action as appropriate.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and retention of highly engaged and diverse employees.
  • Set a professional example in alignment with ZOLL’s Leadership Qualities.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Advanced Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience required
  • Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management service coverage requirements for implants and follow-ups preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and present information clearly
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the medical device field
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation


Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel 40-60% of working hours (domestically)
