Essential Functions:
- Work on the development and execution of marketing activities to meet project objectives within the marketing plan (digital & traditional)
- Develop, edit and produce artwork for promotional, educational and communication material to resonate with marketing initiatives
- Liaise & collaborate with ZOLL Global Marketing to prepare detail aids, leaflets, posters, localizing content and other materials as required
- Initiate and build marketing campaigns for target audiences/target segments including but not limited to social media, new projects, email marketing, advertisements, marketing materials, webcasts and websites
- Assist in creating educational material, sales presentations, proposals, correspondence, and reports as required
- Create social media posts, website updates or any / other event-related posts/updates as required
- Ensure that all marketing collateral/activities are compliant and that every detail about the product is correct and meets the requirements of the company and regulatory bodies in the industry
- Build marketing and product knowledge by attending all ZOLL sales & marketing meetings
- Liaise and collaborate with the events team (sales & warehouse & other stakeholders) in managing national conferences and local events for all divisions and provide assistance as required with the following:
- Design booth artwork and production
- Manage approvals and budget
- Attend trade shows and healthcare professional events to increase market knowledge
- Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
- Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
- Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load.
- Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
- Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years marketing experience in the medical industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business discipline. Knowledge of the medical industry.
- Ideally a master’s degree.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Budget management skills and proficiency
- Experience in delivering high volume projects simultaneously with tight pressures.
- Desirable to have relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required
