Job Summary

The International Marketing & Training Manager, Respiratory Care will lead channel marketing programs, market demand initiatives, training and commercial team support. You will cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and marketing counterparts to develop joint marketing and training programs that drive leads, revenue and customer loyalty. In this role, you will also develop and drive training programs and tools that empower our commercial team, distribution partners and customers.

Essential Functions

  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs, competitors, and identify market trends and drivers to build and execute marketing programs.
  • Delivering downstream marketing programs and commercial team support for direct and indirect channels in the EMEAC and APAC region.
  • Working collaboratively with the commercial selling teams, medical education team, product managers, and distributors to identify and develop marketing strategies to drive aggressive sales growth.
  • Developing and delivering clinical training content for sales teams, distributors and customers (in person and virtual).
  • Defining, managing and helping to prioritize resources and sales activities to achieve annual financial goals and marketing plan objectives for targeted product portfolios.
  • Planning and rolling out product adoption initiatives in collaboration with Selling Teams, Global Product Managers and Regulatory teams.
  • Lead customer and distributor training events (in person and virtual).
  • Leading marketing plan and analyze results of marketing activities in terms of incremental sales generation, margin improvement or other targeted metrics to report return on investment.
  • Assessing financial implications, including profitability and viability, for product/market portfolios or segments that have significant organizational impact.
  • Organizing and overseeing participation in local and regional events such as industry congress, trade show, hands-on workshop and educational webinar, etc.
  • Working with Medical Education team to drive Key Opinion Leader development and implement clinical education programs to improve practice adoption.
  • Developing and launching marketing tools, campaigns, promotions, and demand generation initiatives to empower commercial teams and distributors. Drive process with marketing document release.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in channel marketing, clinical education and training, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in the medical device industry
  • Hands-on experience training Health Care Practitioners (HCPs)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability driving commercial sales and marketing programs to achieve measurable business goals.
  • Experience developing marketing plans, training programs, and/or strategic sales growth initiatives.
