The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is focused on "beating heart" therapies for hospitals. Post-cardiac arrest, STEMI heart attack, and severe fever are some of the applications of ZOLL's unique devices. Fully integrated, ZOLL Circulation researches, develops, manufactures, and sells novel technologies includes ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions and TherOx SSO2 Therapy. Temperature Management Solutions empower physicians to "prescribe" a temperature and achieve it. TherOx SSO2 Therapy is the first FDA-approved therapy since the stent 20+ years ago to reduce infarct size in patients with the most severe heart attacks.

Job Summary
This position is to provide customer in servicing, education and support of ZOLL Circulation technologies.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the technical and clinical expert on all ZOLL Circulation products.
- Perform on-site training for clinicians and allied health personnel.
- Educate clinicians with product, clinical and marketing data.
- Work as part of a field team to advance the commercial adoption of new therapies and products.
- Meet customer’s satisfaction through problem solving and retention activities.
- Provide product evaluation support in hospitals and other medical facilities.
- Support tradeshows and regional shows as necessary.
- Partner with other ZOLL divisions in field activities and promote ZOLL Circulation technologies through clinical presentations and technical support.
- Provide training on ZOLL Circulation therapies to other ZOLL employees.
- Contribute to the development of product training materials.
- Complete required administrative activities.
- Provide input to marketing and product development teams on usability issues of the product and associated clinical procedure(s).
- As required, provide remote on-demand technical support for clinical staff via telephone and/or email.
- As required, have regular communications with key clinicians and other experts to support the optimal use of ZOLL Circulation products in the clinical setting.
- If necessary, provide support during live cases to new customers.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical bedside experience in the area of Critical Care or Cath Lab and/or 1-2 years of device experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to utilize/develop tools, including email or any other means available to effectively perform the required task(s).
- Ability to understand and escalate customer issues in a timely manner to the supervisor.
- Demonstrated excellent follow-through skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated positivity, personal and team responsibility, dependability, reliability, coachability, and passion for life-altering therapies and serving clinicians.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication and teaching skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Minimum Associates degree in Nursing or Life Sciences or relevant experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%.
- Ability to provide good customer service.
