Essential Functions

    • Meeting customer service and product expectations whether in an escalated capacity, support role, deployment, education, training, proactive setting and/or follow up to a service ZOLL has provided in the distribution countries in MEA.
    • Complete responsibilities related to meeting customer expectations in accordance with ZOLL service goals, targets and objectives.
    • Visit and manage customers effectively in proactive and reactive circumstances.
    • Work closely with sales, business partners and authorized service providers on tenders.
    • Work closely with authorized service providers to ensure they are meeting ZOLL’s quality standards.
    • Liaise with internal teams for deployments, educations and training, support, depot service and product concerns.
    • Deliver training to customers.
    • Manage customer escalations and ensure they are satisfactorily closed
    • Develop, monitor and publish metrics as it relates to field support and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain and communicate customer specific information related to field support activity.
    • Manage a travel budget.
    • Develop processes for continuous improvement.
    • Understand, explain and present key performance indicators and other management information.
    • Frequent and routine travel to customer sites.
    • Any other duties which may reasonably be assigned from time to time

    Skill Requirements:

    • Ability to lead discussions and meetings effectively as a facilitator.
    • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to schedule tactically.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Problem solving, analytical/investigative experience.
    • Strong technical knowledge of resuscitation equipment.
    • PC Literate - word processing, relational databases, report creation and spreadsheets.
    • Fluent in both English and Arabic is a must.
    • Minimum of 50% travel locally and internationally required.

    Required/preferred Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required – Ideally Engineering or related.
    • Master’s degree preferred – Ideally in Engineering or business
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a technical role required.
    • Experience in medical devices essential, resuscitation/cardiovascular preferred.
