Travel: approx. 60%, mainly in Central Europe (company car provided)

Job summary:

Primarily responsible for researching and identifying service revenue opportunities within our market segments. The holder of this position must demonstrate oversight, initiative and strong relationships with all business areas and work closely with customer and technical service colleagues, both on site and within the ZOLL Group.

Key functions:

  • Supporting channel partner service, building and maintaining relationships with indirect sales channels to support service growth 
  • Direct service support, building and maintaining relationships with direct end users to support service growth in direct service regions
  • Sales enablement, training and support for sales partners to ensure they are equipped with service tools and knowledge to promote and sell services
  • Revenue growth Identification and investigation of market share to best understand the service landscape 
  • Service contracts, responsible for service contracts and retrofits, identification, research and preparation of contract offers
  • Promotion of service contracts for customers with, for example, factory warranty or expired warranty
  • Performance tracking Regular written, structured reporting and creation of management reporting tools
  • Support with tenders, close cooperation with authorised service providers, business partners and the internal sales team on tenders.
     

Required/preferred education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent required
  • Proven track record in selling service contracts
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
  • Ability to manage schedules and set priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems
