Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to manage and grow sales of portable defibrillators across Iberia with the main focus on Spain. The primary goal of this role is to develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with distributors across multiple market segments. This includes building and nurturing relationships, training distributor sales teams, and executing sales initiatives to drive growth.

Key target segments include, but are not limited to: industrial, manufacturing, utilities, education, occupational safety, first aid, fire safety, facility management, office supply, public sector (national and local government), community public access, law enforcement, dental, and general medical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead distributor management efforts, serving as the primary point of contact and support for distributor sales teams

  • Execute a robust marketing and channel sales strategy to maximize market penetration and profitability within the Public Safety sector

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners while actively identifying and onboarding new high-potential distributors

  • Provide comprehensive sales training and ongoing support to ensure distributor alignment with ZOLL’s brand, values, and service excellence

  • Utilize targeted sales tools and tactical marketing programs to achieve territory growth and margin goals

  • Deliver in-service education and product demonstrations to customers as needed

Skills and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in distributor management, ideally within the industrial, safety, or related sectors

  • Demonstrated success in strategic selling and commercial execution, with a strong customer orientation

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required

  • Ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism and credibility

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Iberia - 50-60%
