Essential Functions

• Plan, execute, and document preventive maintenance activities within the assigned timeframe, as directed by the Technical Manager.

• Perform in-house servicing and repairs for equipment from both local and Asia Pacific regions.

• Collaborate with the Logistics Department to support the planning, management, and control of product and service flow.

• Assist the Field Service Team with on-site service calls and the commissioning of ZOLL Medical Products.

• Ensure proper handling and accurate documentation in compliance with GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) requirements.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in the use of basic hand tools.

• Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also knowing when to seek guidance or clarification when necessary.
