JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS (I/II/III) Ventilation will coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives and act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL Ventilation hospital product line. The CIS (I/II/III) applies adult learning principles throughout the educational process, from assessment and program planning to implementation and evaluation. The focus is on hands-on learning and the professional development of clinical staff by identifying learning needs. Primary responsibilities of this role include coordinating and delivering ZOLL education on acquired devices and accessories. As individuals become more comfortable, gain experience, and spend more time in the role, they will also take on project management from small device purchases to large system account assignments. The device size and account assignment will increase with experience and the level of CIS (I/II/III).
Essential Functions
- Customer consultation and collaboration with internal hospital stakeholders to personalize learner experience
- Organizing and conducting educational in-services in existing or new hospital accounts
- Act as a clinical product expert for all ZOLL Hospital Ventilation products
- Communicating account updates to the Team Supervisor and Sr Manager
- Acts as a project manager in planning/developing/executing all assigned educational events in a customer account
- Be a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient hospital setting
Skill Requirements
- Deliver engaging on-site (or hybrid) training for clinical personnel on ZOLL Hospital Ventilation products
- Ability to affect change through education and evidence-based clinical literature
- Seamlessly integrate technology (iPad, Outlook, Microsoft Suite) into work
- Demonstrated flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor
- Comfortable interacting with the C-Suite Team
- Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize effectively
- Ability to stay calm and demonstrate an optimistic attitude
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow up
- Availability to travel up to 75%, current passport
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- Respiratory Therapist, preferably with a specialty in Emergency, Critical Care and/or Neonatal Setting
- AHA Instructor – BLS/ACLS/PALS
- Clinical education experience +
- Project management experience +

The annual salary for this position is:
$72,000.00 to $107,900.00Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
