The Quality Assurance Engineer level 2 will work on a team responsible for full lifecycle testing of ZOLL’s web, mobile or enterprise applications. In this role, this individual will develop test cases, test plans, perform manual and automated testing.
The candidate will interact with a cross functional team within ZOLL, from the requirements to the documentation stage.

Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of product delivery, including planning, design, code reviews and cross-platform / cross-browser testing.
Create and maintain test plans and test cases
Work with the Product team, stakeholders, UX, QA and other engineers to create effective solutions
Black box, white box and regression testing
Submitting and verifying defects
Assist with the diagnosis and resolution of product issues in production environments.
Contribute to automated testing by mapping, writing methods and tests under the guidance of senior engineers. (Selenium)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technology field
2+ years experience software automation experience on web, mobile or desktop platforms – API automation, app automation, Web automation. Selenium or Appium preferred but not required.
4+ years of manual testing experience in a software development organization.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix failing tests in CI/CD pipelines
C# programming language experience preferred
Must be able to write SQL queries
Proficiency with writing test cases
Proficiency in putting together regression suites
Strong desire to understand the business problems that our technology is created to solve
Proficiency with testing on web, desktop or mobile applications
Familiarity with Agile development principles
Communicates openly and honestly and respects the variety of personality styles that make up the team
Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to use a variety of tools and techniques to determine root cause
The annual salary for this position is 85K to 95K. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company’s bonus plans.
