Brief description:
ZOLL Spain is looking for a qualified candidate to support further growth of the LifeVest division in setting up the
necessary business processes and administrative structures (O2C) for successful business growth of the LifeVest in
Spain, with special emphasis in logistic management, reporting and data analysis.
Job Description and Areas of Responsibility:
• Logistics, Asset and Inventory Management: allocate medical device components, stocktaking, processing
and coordination of returns
• Logistics process ownership: internal and external partners
• Administrative and logistics management of patients in LVN (Patient Online Network) (i.e. Input of patient
data and information, registration of new accounts and managing login information for prescribing
physicians and hospital staff, creation of clinical center codes or individual prescriber numbers, processes
End of Use requests, CCR/equipment complaints closing in ERP system
• Management of patient documents: Scanning, copying, filing
• Reporting and Data Analysis Management (i.e. regular reporting, analyses and forecasting, dashboard,
power-BI, etc)
• Support Order Management: Prescription intake, registration of data into ERP system, transfer of
information to corresponding Sales Representative to coordinate patient fitting
• Support Payment Management: Invoicing, billing, collecting, overdue notices
• Support, as necessary, Tender administration
• Support Complaint handling
• Generic support to the Sales team (organizational support for patient fittings, information processing)
• Works closely with Field Personnel to support agile fitting processes
Requirements:
• Native Spanish speaker and fluency in English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (desired power-BI experience) and confident with
ERP systems
• Strong analysis and reporting skills
• At least 5 years of past professional experience
• Past experience in supporting Healthcare businesses
• Assertive, respectful, team oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers
and externally with customers and business partners
• Goal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach
• Empathy for direct patient and customer contact
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to translate and communicate
technical and analytical issues to all types of end users
