Job Summary

Drive sales and distribution management for our ZOLL TMS products across Europe by managing and driving our business partners.

Previous experience managing distribution partners is essential. Travel will be ca. 60% across Europe. Ideal location would be the UK or close to major airport.

Essential functions

  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; meeting quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; meeting annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan for each distribution channel resulting in meeting overall plans and objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by managing distributor’s representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Submit sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clinical product knowledge and provide clinical education to business partners and their customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across the region
  • Represent ZOLL at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Several years experience managing distribution partners in the MedTech industry
  • Strategic mindset with a hunter mentality – you’re proactive, persuasive, and goal-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a high-performing team.
  • Fluent English and experience working with cross functional teams across Europe
