ZOLL Medical Korea is seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives across our diverse product portfolio. This role requires a dynamic, well-rounded marketing professional with strong experience in solution-based selling and the ability to develop and execute new business models.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to align on key business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies, robust execution plans, and measurable commercial outcomes. You will play a critical role in strengthening ZOLL’s market presence, driving demand generation, and supporting sustainable business growth in Korea.
Essential Functions
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead the Korea marketing strategy across the full ZOLL product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate and local business objectives.
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs, including product launches, demand-generation campaigns, KOL engagement, and digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, growth opportunities, and emerging trends.
Lead local clinical and technical marketing activities, including symposiums, workshops, congress participation, and customer education programs.
Support and coordinate internal meetings, sales training sessions, and conferences.
Prepare post-event reports and present insights to management.
Oversee stock logistics related to marketing activities.
Manage the annual marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Liaison & Communication
Collaborate closely with Sales, Global and Regional Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive commercial execution.
Review and approve business partner marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with ZOLL’s key messages and brand guidelines.
Ensure business partners are informed of new products and have access to up-to-date promotional materials and brochures.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all marketing activities comply with medical device regulations, corporate policies, and local healthcare compliance standards.
Manage Transparency and Expenditure Reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals; consumer marketing experience is a plus.
Experience working within multinational healthcare or medical device organizations.
Familiarity with the Korean healthcare system, reimbursement landscape, HCP engagement practices, and regulatory environment.
Proven experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, or commercial execution roles.
Experience supporting emergency care, monitoring, or life-saving medical technologies is preferred.
Background in solution selling, value-based marketing, or launching new business models is highly desirable.
