Job Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Global Public Safety will lead the development and execution of digital strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for ZOLL's Public Safety (AED) business in NA, EMEA and LATAM. This role will be responsible for shaping digital initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels—while also serving as a strategic consultant to ZOLL's business partners, helping them optimize their digital marketing and ecommerce presence to accelerate ZOLL AED adoption and sales. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on marketer, understanding how to craft a compelling digital journey, measure performance, and turn data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and business partners.
Essential Functions
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that support the ZOLL brand in the Public Safety space and commercial objectives.
- Drive awareness and engagement for AED solutions through paid media, organic and paid search, content marketing, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with product marketing and corporate communications to align messaging, tone, and creative across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver efficient and effective digital execution
- Act as a digital marketing partner within ZOLL’s distribution channel, offering strategic recommendations to strengthen ZOLL’s presence within their ecommerce platform to drive visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Create digital toolkits, promotional assets, and co-branded content to support partner campaigns and online listings.
- Conduct performance reviews and share best practices for search optimization, digital advertising, and merchandising across key platforms.
- Identify and execute joint digital initiatives that elevate the ZOLL brand and drive measurable sales impact through partner channels.
- Partner with internal and external teams to optimize product content, imagery, and SEO/SEM for AED-related ecommerce listings.
- Track and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support ongoing website enhancements for ZOLL’s Public Safety digital properties and landing pages.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign and channel effectiveness.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve digital performance and ROI.
- Oversee the management of dashboards and marketing automation analytics to support decision-making.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Master's Degree preferred or
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with B2B or medical device industries
- Experience developing or managing digital marketing programs in consumer-oriented industries (e.g., ecommerce, retail, CPG, sporting goods, or health and wellness)
- Demonstrated experience in ecommerce marketing and distributor/partner enablement programs
- Medical device or healthcare experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and buyer behavior across both B2B and consumer segments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on digital execution capabilities and data-driven decision-making approach.

The annual salary for this position is:
$125,900.00 to $188,800.00This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
