Job Summary
The Deployment Engineer is responsible for supporting the North American Hospital Sales force through utilization of their technical ability and product knowledge. This position will be responsible for the installation, configuration and training of customers who use the ZOLL Suite of software and hardware products focusing on resuscitation applications.
Essential Functions
Installation and configuration of Software and Hardware Products into Hospital Systems
Perform training for clients either through on-site (travel required) or through remote tools
Participate in training for the Sales Teams as products develop
Contribute towards knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and Support
Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management in order to assist in the further development of the RescueNet Product Suites and associated hardware
Attend trade shows as required to support the sales effort
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
Technical Background is highly desired preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong presentation, customer service, and training skills
Experience with Single Sign On technologies
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving approach
Experience in troubleshooting software installs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and directed
Experience in providing support to a sales organization that focuses on selling complex enterprise-wide software and hardware solutions
Ability to travel to sales regions from a home office

The annual salary for this position is:
$70,000.00 to $85,000.00Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
