Job Summary
The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial contracting process in support of new customer development and existing account amendments. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Information Systems to ensure customer agreements are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
In addition to managing day-to-day contracting workflows, this position will play a critical role in driving process improvements, enabling scalable amendment functionality, and maintaining contract integrity across Salesforce and related contract management systems.
Essential Functions
Provide leadership and oversight to Contract Management staff, including direct supervision, performance management, and development of team members supporting commercial contracting workflows
Partner with Strategic Account Team and additional Commercial Teams as needed
Lead development, review, and execution of enterprise-level customer agreements
Own amendment workflows including product updates, pricing adjustments, and term changes across multi-location agreements
Ensure alignment of amended agreements across all remaining future opportunities tied to an active agreement term
Maintain contract integrity across Salesforce and related contract management systems
Enable agreement alignment to support accurate forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition processes
Serve as liaison to Legal, Compliance, Finance, and IT Risk Management Teams
Provide guidance to Commercial stakeholders on contracting processes and amendment best practices
Present contract information and process recommendations to relevant stakeholders and commercial leadership
Identify workflow gaps in amendment or renewal processes and collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions
Support CPT contract standardization and migration to updated agreement versions
Demonstrate strong project management skills and leadership in process improvement initiatives
Partner directly with customers onsite and remotely, as needed, to support complex agreement development, amendment alignment, and resolution of contracting-related barriers to commercial execution
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
5 + years of experience supporting commercial contracting, legal review, or enterprise customer agreement development
Medical Device/Health Care experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Salesforce software experience
Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes
Experience with legal, contract review, or paralegal-type responsibilities
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple agreements and amendments simultaneously
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Strong organizational & time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little direction, while collaborating cross-functionally
Must have excellent follow-up and follow through qualities, taking ownership & accountability
Flexible to work late hours or as needed based upon region interaction
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 10–15% may be required to support customer engagement related to enterprise agreement development, amendment alignment, and internal team collaboration.

The annual salary for this position is:
$99,900.00 to $149,800.00Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
