Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative – Channel Sales Partner is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging end users and regional distribution partners through an inside sales motion. This role supports ZOLL’s channel strategy by identifying opportunities, qualifying demand, enabling distributors, and generating pipeline for AEDs, Mobilize™ Trauma Kits, and Program Management solutions.
This is a Hybrid role and based at ZOLL’s Chelmsford, MA headquarters and partners closely with Regional Sales Managers, Channel Partner Managers, and Distribution Partners to accelerate deal velocity, expand market coverage, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by engaging end users in public safety, education, industrial, retail, and commercial environments through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Partner with regional distributors to generate, qualify, and advance sales opportunities
- Support distributor sales efforts through product education, program positioning, campaign execution, and opportunity follow-up
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline aligned with assigned territory or partner campaigns
- Execute outbound and inbound sales initiatives tied to promotions, trade-in programs, compliance deadlines, and lifecycle replacement opportunities
- Qualify opportunities and route appropriately to Field Sales, Channel Partners, or Account Managers based on deal structure and territory alignment
- Maintain accurate and timely account, contact, and opportunity records in Salesforce.com
- Provide basic product demonstrations, virtual in-services, and educational overviews as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Management, Marketing, Channel, and Operations teams
- Participate in distributor meetings, virtual events, and trade shows as assigned
- Meet or exceed assigned sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Required / Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, channel sales, or distribution-based selling
- Experience selling through or alongside distributors preferred (industrial, safety, medical device, or B2B environment a plus)
- Proven ability to engage decision-makers and advance opportunities through a consultative sales approach
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer-focused and solution-oriented selling skills
- Ability to work effectively with distribution partners and internal field sales teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven inside sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and basic business software
- Professional, ethical, and collaborative mindset

The "at plan" compensation (Base Salary + Variable Incentive Compensation) for this position is:
$130,000.00 which includes a base salary of $65,000.00 and commission in accordance with the company's sales compensation plan.Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
