Job Summary

Performs diversified duties to troubleshoot PWBA's, Assemblies and Modules.

Essential Functions

  • Troubleshoot complex Analog and Digital circuits to the component level.
  • Make recommendations to improve current procedures and assist Manufacturing Engineering in implementing new procedures.
  • Train and assist less Senior Technicians.
  • Work within limits of prescribed procedures to produce enough working PWBA's, Assemblies or Modules to support the Master Production Schedule
  • Compile and record test results and ensures compliance with QSR/ISO requirements
  • Discuss technical problems encountered while troubleshooting or testing with supervisor.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • ASEE degree required and
  • BSEE preferred or equivalent. preferred
  • Generally, 3 or more years' related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to read and understand diagnostic data.
  • Must be able to read and understand technical schematics.
  • Must be able to setup and use test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other input/output electronic test equipment.
  • Must be familiar with general computer operation.
  • May be required to perform basic soldering
  • IPC Soldering Certification a plus.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English QSR experience a plus

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$28.00 to $36.00
