Job Summary
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day service operations by ensuring accurate administrative processes, effective coordination, and timely follow-ups. This role is responsible for maintaining service records, managing customer requests, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Maintain and update install base records, including new installations, decommissioned devices, and service contract information
Manage service inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates of inventory movements
Scan and upload service reports to the company’s shared drive, and update preventive maintenance records
Handle customer service requests, including call management and monitoring of the TSG inbox
Provide backup support for CCR submissions and related coordination
Coordinate ExpertCare requests, including intake, delivery, and closure tracking
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers as needed
Support Accounts Receivable follow-ups and liaise with relevant stakeholders
Perform other administrative duties to support daily service operations
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant technical field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in service coordination, customer service, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
