Job Summary:
As a key member of the Global ExpertCare Service Marketing team this position will develop, manage, and execute marketing programs to help drive the ExpertCare Service brand as well as support sales, field service, and marketing initiatives across direct and indirect markets. Successful execution of these programs will contribute to the achievement of ZOLL Service strategic business objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Marketing tactics & content plan: Promote key messaging and positioning, as well as execute marketing materials to support the overall ExpertCare Service business objectives.
- Manage project flow for marketing activities, including regional customization and translations
- Partner with ExpertCare Global Marketing Team to create and execute marketing strategy
- Support Service Marketing Manager EMEA-LATAM to establish and execute marketing programs for regional Service Business Partners
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure a strong Service presence at trade shows/congresses/exhibitions, etc. across the region, including organization of Service specific symposia or workshops in the region
- Develop and execute a Targeted (Digital) Marketing strategy to include, but not limited to:
Social Media campaigns
Targeted Digital Marketing / Promotional email campaigns
Customer Newsletter
- Including Service Marketing Reporting & Analysis on lead generating activities.
- Including strong collaboration with Digital Marketing & Global Sales Systems team in driving Customer Lifecycle communication and Marketing Automation in Service Marketing.
- Customer Feedback Engagement: Build strong relations with key customers across the region to drive development of Reference Cases/Testimonials for Service partnerships.
- Brand guardianship & evolution: A large part of this role consists of being the service brand guardian and reference for the EMEA team. Knowing the ExpertCare Service brand and offerings, guiding the team with possible questions and ensuring alignment.
- Maintain consistent messaging across EU for ExpertCare Service
Skills Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with developing marketing plans, to include digital marketing programs, video production and lead nurturing.
- Exceptional written and communication skills; exceptional attention to detail
- Must possess creative mindset to increase Service penetration in direct markets
- Team player with well-developed relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a business area required and Degree in Marketing preferred and/or 5+ years of Marketing experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with digital and design teams required
- Languages – fluency in written and spoken English essential (one other European language would be a plus)
