Acute Care Technology

his role leverages prior experience to provide strategic insight into the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to drive growth of ZOLL ACT focused products, services, and solutions within the hospital and EMS market segment across the APAC region.

Working closely with APAC regional/country sales leaders, as well as the Global Product Management team, this individual will be responsible for achieving annual sales objectives on focused products (i.e mechanical CPR devices), developing key relationships, and driving procurement opportunities across the region. While the primary focus is regional, the role may also support activities outside APAC as needed.

This position reports directly to the Director, APAC.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs within an assigned territory while developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers. The position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience within the healthcare or medical device industry, preferably in capital equipment sales.



Essential Functions

  • Execute strategic sales and marketing plans in alignment with company objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective territory plans and structured customer engagement activities.

  • Conduct direct promotion to PAD segments and targeted healthcare customer groups.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Conduct market research and support evaluations of new products and capital equipment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers, and existing clients.

  • Deliver customer education and product training programs where required.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and budget objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting through Salesforce.com and other sales reporting tools.

  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and market information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic and marketing initiatives.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Medical, Scientific, Healthcare, or Business-related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within medical devices or capital equipment sales.

  • Proven experience in business development and territory management.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare sales processes and customer engagement.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and team-focused attitude.

  • Professional, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
