Essential Functions
Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root cause to system and/or component level
Communicate with customers and suppliers
Document investigations as appropriate
Propose corrective action on an as needed basis
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in a college degree program at the start of the internship
Graduation from a Vocational Technical High School, in a technical / electronics path a strong plus
Experience with soldering, ESD handling and electro-mechanical assembly methods a strong plus
Experience using mechanical and electronic test equipment preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures related to electronic technology
Basic computer skills in a MS Windows environment. Familiar with MS Office, including Excel and Word.
Knowledge of FDA QSR a plus
Knowledge of USA and international regulatory Medical Device Reporting preferred.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively within a multi-disciplined organization
The hourly pay rate for this position is:
