Job Summary

Responsible for managing the full life cycle of hiring for all positions at all levels. Detailed responsibilities will include identifying qualified candidates, scheduling, and conducting candidate interviews, candidate pipeline development and management, continuous sourcing strategy execution, requisition management and presenting and negotiating employment offers.

Essential Functions

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and review and understand requirements and qualifications.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the best candidates.
  • Directly and indirectly source and screen candidates for positions.
  • Conduct telephones screens to further qualify applicants for all open positions.
  • Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain relationships with approved recruiting vendors and ensure vendors are in compliance with all internal processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create recruiting partnerships that yield success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Develop and execute continuous sourcing strategies with corresponding success metrics.
  • Assist with special projects as directed by manager.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, and a minimum of three years’ experience as a corporate or agency recruiter OR a minimum of five years full life cycle recruiting required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques and familiar with working with resume management/applicant tracking database systems.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required.
  • Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies strongly preferred.
  • The ability to prioritize, manage time, and work closely with internal customers to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • Experience with Workday, Applicant Tracking Systems and Talent Assessment programs preferred.
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.

The annual salary for this position is:

$85,000.00 to $95,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
