Essential Functions
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Manage general administrative duties (filing, handling mails, business cards, coordinating on all office equipment & facilities repair and maintenance)
- Manage day to day operations of the office by attending to calls and visitors
- Assist in the preparation of approved dealer authorization letters
- Assist in the preparation of approved sales project agreement, express delivery and filing
- Answering the company phone 400 call and well recorded in Salesforce.com
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are always maintained
- Maintain general office files, including corporate hotel list, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Purchase office supplies, equipment
- Support in organizing corporate events and conferences
- Manage hotel and air ticket booking when needed
- Other related tasks assigned by line manager.
Market Assess and other Support:
- Oversee day to day Market access affairs, ensuring that ZOLL electrodes and TMS catheters are available for sale within China.
- Maintain Sunshine Procurement service platform according to Government Procurement Law of China.
- Assist the marketing team with ad hoc projects, inventory management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for Marketing events, webinars, and roadshows, including managing vendor relationships and event timelines.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- University Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferred
- Basic understanding of business administration
- Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred
- Professional disposition with excellence interpersonal skills and with a customer centricity mindset;
- Possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, make recommendations or solution to resolve issues;
- Ability to handle pressure and work within tight timelines and manage complex scheduling and travel or hotel arrangements;
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive outcomes with minimum supervision;
- Ability to multi-task, well organized and meticulous;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and outlook;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese language;
- A natural flair for organizing events and celebrations at work;
- Good team player who is highly motivated, independent, proactive and self-starter;
