Purpose of the role
To provide short-term quality, safety and customer assurance advisory support to ZOLL Medical Australia, with a focus on preparing for and supporting the upcoming IMS audit.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation for the IMS audit, including reviewing documentation, records and audit readiness
• Assist the team with audit preparation and answer audit-related questions
• Attend and support the team on the audit day
• Provide occasional ad hoc advice on quality, safety and customer assurance matters, as requested
• Support handover and knowledge transfer to the incoming Quality, Safety & Customer Assurance Manager, if requested

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of quality, safety and customer assurance in a regulated (medical device) environment
• Experience with integrated management systems (IMS) and audits
• Valid ABN

All work must be requested and approved in advance by the Country Manager ANZ or their delegate.
